Frequently Asked Questions

How much commission can I set?▼

You can set any commission rate from 0% to 30%. DGateway adds a 2% platform fee on top, so if you set 10%, the affiliate earns 10% and DGateway takes 2% of the sale.

How does tracking work?▼

Each affiliate gets a unique link with a dgw_aff parameter. When someone clicks it, a 30-day cookie is set. If that visitor makes a purchase within 30 days, the sale is automatically attributed to the affiliate.

How do affiliates get paid?▼

You process payouts from your dashboard. Payouts are sent to the affiliate's registered mobile money number (MTN MoMo or Airtel Money). You control when and how much to pay.

Can affiliates promote specific products?▼

Yes. Affiliates can generate tracking links for any product, course, event, or template in your store. Each link tracks clicks and conversions separately.

Is there a limit on how many affiliates I can have?▼

No. You can have as many affiliates as you want. Each one gets their own tracking links and dashboard.
