We're based in Kampala, Uganda (EAT, UTC+3). Real-time channels (WhatsApp, group) reply within minutes during business hours. Email is same-business-day. Out of hours, expect a reply the next morning.

How to get a faster reply

For account-specific questions, include these and we'll resolve in one message instead of three:

  • Your app name or app slug. Helps us find your wallet, settings, and recent transactions.
  • Whether you're in test or live mode. Test transactions use sandbox numbers; live use real money — debugging is different.
  • The transaction reference (e.g. DGW-COL-...) if your question is about a specific payment.
  • A screenshot or the exact error message if something failed. Easier to triage from the raw error than a paraphrase.
  • What you've tried already. Saves us suggesting things you've already done.
