Yes. Attendees pay via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or international cards (Visa, Mastercard). They receive a USSD prompt, enter their PIN, and get their ticket via email within seconds.

How does QR code check-in work?▼

Each ticket has a unique QR code. At the venue, open your phone camera or the DGateway check-in page, scan the code, and the attendee is marked as checked in. Duplicate scans are blocked automatically.

Can I set a limit on ticket sales?▼

Yes. You can set quantity limits per ticket type and overall event capacity. Sales automatically stop when limits are reached.

What happens if an attendee loses their ticket email?▼

Attendees can log into their DGateway account to re-download their ticket and QR code. You can also resend the ticket email from your event dashboard.

What commission does DGateway charge on ticket sales?▼

8% per successful ticket sale. No monthly fees, no per-event charges. Free events have no commission.
